Sign in to your account in Viewer. The remote PC needs to be powered on and connected to the internet. Internet access is also required for licence checks when connecting over a LAN or VPN.
Connect in five steps
Open the step-by-step guide →- Install Server and Viewer.
Put Server on the remote PC and Viewer on your own PC. Open both apps from Start after installation. Sign in through Viewer’s Account and subscription window.
- Create a share code on the remote PC.
Open Server from its tray icon, choose Internet access, enable it and choose Create share code.
- Enter the code in Viewer.
Choose Connection → Add by share code, enter the temporary code and give the PC a name.
- Approve once, then connect from your saved list.
The remote user approves your account in Server. The PC stays saved through restarts and changes of internet address.
- Revoke access whenever you choose.
On the remote PC, open Server → Internet access, select the approved Viewer and choose Revoke access.

Each distinct enrolled Server PC counts once, including an offline PC. Viewer installations and simultaneous connections do not add PCs to your limit. Paid subscriptions renew annually until cancelled. Choose Change plan in Viewer to review an upgrade or schedule a downgrade for renewal. Manage billing opens Stripe for payment methods, invoices and cancellation.
Saved computers and access
Keep your saved computers
After pairing, choose a saved PC for Full Control, View Only, File Transfer or Text Chat. You do not need to create a new share code each time.
Keep Server running quietly
Server starts with Windows and stays in the tray beside the clock. Close or minimise its settings window, then double-click the tray icon to open it again. Required updates install automatically after a 60-second notice and briefly disconnect active ADL sessions.
Remove permission at the remote PC
Revoke an approved Viewer in Server settings to disconnect its sessions and prevent new connections. Connecting again needs a fresh code and approval.
Know when access is available
A valid trial or subscription and an internet connection are required. If access expires, your saved enrolments are preserved so you can renew and reconnect.
